| Poor old Monty, once loved and treasured and now in need of a new home. Can you offer him a loving home? No need for walkies, his wheels mean he can be pushed along. Made by Pedigree in the 1950s and a terrier by breed - his coat (what's left of it) is of mohair mix , he still carries the original Pedigree label on his tummy, and his filling is wood and wool. His previous owner must have had lots of fun riding along on him as his coat has seen better days, he has also been sewn together in places along the seams. Poor old Monty indeed. One of his wooden foot rests has signs of woodworm, we have applied woodworm treatment to it, but recommend that you do the same. Well worn red metal frame showing signs of rust. His tummy is lovely and fluffy though and he does enjoy a good old tickle! He does not comply with current safety regulations so he's being sold as a decorative item, rather than a toy. Poor old thing, at his time of life and being so highly collectible, he could do with a new home and we haven't heard him bark once... (we also have more photos available on request). Approx 52cm long x 52cm high to the top of his head. |
